Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Publisher PLUS, a service provided by Mundane Bits OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using Publisher PLUS, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
Publisher PLUS provides hosted services that extend the functionality of the Podlove Podcast Publisher WordPress plugin. The service is accessible to registered users and includes file hosting and related features for podcast publishers.
2. Eligibility and Registration
Anyone may register for Publisher PLUS. Use of the service requires creating an account and agreeing to these Terms. There are no geographic restrictions.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Publisher PLUS is a subscription-based service.
- Payment Processor: Payments are handled securely via Stripe.
- Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for unused service are provided on a prorated basis.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to any content you upload.
- You grant us permission to display publicly available content (e.g., audio files you publish).
- You are solely responsible for any content uploaded.
- Only podcast audio files and related metadata are allowed.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload or share illegal content.
- Use the service for anything other than podcasting purposes.
- Circumvent security or abuse the service infrastructure.
Automated access via API is permitted.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Publisher PLUS is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eric Teubert Software Engineering OÜ is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
8. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts involved in illegal activity or violating these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and applicable European Union regulations.
In accordance with Directive (EU) No. 524/2013, you may access the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
